2026 Spring Lacrosse

PROGRAM INFORMATION

PRACTICE DATES & TIMES: Practice will begin May 2nd (no practice Memorial Day weekend, May 23rd)

Kindergarten: No weekday practice Saturday 12:00 PM- 1:00 PM

Introductory Program: No weekday practice, Saturday 10:30AM-11:30 AM (May 2, 9, 16)

1 st and 2 nd : Thursday 6:00 - 7:15 PM Saturday 12:00 PM –1:00 PM

3 rd and 4 th : Monday 6:00 - 7:15 PM Saturday 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM

5 th and 6 th : Tuesday 6:00 - 7:15 PM Saturday 9:00 AM- 10:15 AM

COST:

KINDERGARTEN $50 per participant

INTRODUCTORY: $30 per participant *Additional fee if player decides to continue the season with their division

GRADES 1 ST / 2 nd $100 per participant, includes KOH and Valley Tournament ( )

GRADES 3 rd /4 th and 5 th /6 th $125 per participant, includes ULA, KOH

GRADES 7th/ 8th $60 per participant ULA Season ONLY

U.L.A: Boys and Girls grades 3 rd to 6 th who participate in the JDYAA instructional program will be eligible to play in the

Upstate Lacrosse Association (ULA) season.

Schedule Information – The ULA season is estimated to start week of June 8 th . Games are played on the same

weekday as JDYAA practice. Detailed schedules will be provided once available from ULA.

KlNG OF THE HILL: The lacrosse festival(KOH) will be held at Lyndon Fields on Sunday May 31 . KOH is a tournament put on by the Running Rams

organization to support both girls and boys scholastic lacrosse players grades 7 – 12. More information will be

shared once the season begins.

EQUIPMENT:

KINDERGARTEN & INTRO: JDYAA will provide sticks, No equipment necessary!

BOYS: Stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, cleats, and mouthpiece are required.

GIRLS: Stick, goggles or helmet, cleats, and mouthpiece are required.

COACHING: Grade levels with insufficient parental involvement are subject to cancellation. The number of teams for each level
