Registration 2012

Three ways to register. Note: Due to increasing popularity of the JDYAA programs, registration may be limited based on availability of practice fields and number of coaches. Enrollment will consider prior participation, order of enrollment, and residence.

  • Walk-in: March 21st, 2012, 6:30 - 8:00 PM at JD Middle School Cafeteria

  • Mail-in registration and check must be received by April 21, 2012. Mail-in Form

  • Register and Pay Online: Convenient online registration and credit card payment option now available with Active.com. You can also choose to sign-up and pay for ULA.

  • 7th - 8th Graders Registering for ULA: Visit our ULA page for registration forms and other information. ULA registration and forms are due by 5/10/12.

Where: All practices take place at the JD Middle School.

Dates: All levels practice twice a week from April 28th to June 9th. (No practice on Memorial Day weekend)

  • K co-ed: Sat. 12:00 - 1:00 & Wednesdays. 6:00 - 7:00

  • 1-2 Boys & Girls : Sat. 12:00 - 1:30 & Wednesdays. 6:00 - 7:30

  • 3-4 Boys & Girls: Sat. 2:00 - 4:00 & Mondays. 6:00 - 8:00

  • 5-6 Girls: Sat. 4:00 - 6:00 & Tuesdays. 6:00 - 8:00

  • 5-6 Boys: Sat. 4:00 - 6:00 & Thursdays. 6:00 - 8:00

Cost:

  • $35.00 per participant

  • $20.00 for JDYAA Practice Jersey (optional for past participants)

Equipment

  • Boys – a helmet can be rented from JDYAA for the season for $100.  JDYAA will refund the helmet deposit upon return. Additional equipment: stick, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, cleats, and mouth piece are required. 

  • Girls – Goggles can be rented from JDYAA for the season for $40.  JDYAA will refund the goggle deposit upon return. Additional equipment: stick, cleats and mouth piece are required. 

Local Stores, such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, Lacrosse Unlimited carry a wide selection of equipment.  And Warrior Lacrosse will be @ opening day (4/28/12) to sell equipment and properly fit your child.
