JDYAA Recreation League
Registration 2010 is now open!
Three ways to register. Note: Due to increasing popularity of the JDYAA programs, registration may be limited based on availability of practice fields and number of coaches. Enrollment will consider prior participation, order of enrollment, and residence.

Walk-in: Thursday, March 11th, 2010, 6:00 - 8:00 PM at JD Middle School

Mail-in registration and check must be received by April 15, 2010. Mail-in Form

Register and Pay Online: Convenient online registration and credit card payment option now available with Active.com. You can also choose to sign-up and pay for ULA and/or JD Lacrosse Camps!
Where: All practices take place at the JD Middle School.
Dates: All levels practice twice a week from May 1st to June 12th. (No practice on Memorial Day weekend)

K-2 Boys & Girls : Sat. 12:00 - 1:30 & weekday tbd. 6:00 - 8:00

3-4 Boys & Girls: Sat. 2:00 - 4:00 & weekday tbd. 6:00 - 8:00

5-6 Boys & Girls: Sat. 4:00 - 6:00 & weekday tbd. 6:00 - 8:00
Cost:

$30.00 per participant

$15.00 for JDYAA Practice Jersey (optional for past participants)
Equipment: A $75 deposit for helmets (boys) and $50 deposit for goggles (girls) to be paid by first practice is required for children who need equipment. All equipment deposits will be cashed and a new check will be issued after equipment is returned. ***JDYAA offers financial assistance if necessary, please contact us ***
