Dates: The
program runs from mid June 19th to the end of July 31st. Schedule: Pending Fees: Grades 3–6: $35.00 Grades 7–8: $45.00 Registration Grades 3 thru 6 Register for ULA when you signup for the JDYAA Instructional League (there is a check box on the JDYAA Registration Form for ULA participation). Two additional forms are also required for ULA. These can be mailed to JDYAA or brought to the walk-in registration session. If your child decides to join the ULA team at a later time, tell the coach and supply the three forms to JDYAA (mail or deliver to team coach or team coordinator). Grades 7-8: Please mail or drop off the registration form plus the two required forms below by April 5th (money is not required by April 5th).
These forms must be submitted in order to participate in the ULA league. Mail to: JDYAA , PO Box 308, Jamesville, NY 13078 Equipment: If you need to rent equipment, please indicate on the registration form. Equipment Usage Fees: A $75 deposit for helmets (boys) and $50 deposit for goggles (girls) to be paid at first practice is required for children who need equipment. All equipment deposits will be cashed and a new check will be issued when equipment is returned. |
